I picked up one of John's questions, "Is the environmental problem worse than we know?"
My answer is yes. I think Japanese government try not to tell everything to the nation. They tend to say, "It's not completely safe, but it is not affective to human body." I don't think telling people this way is not believable. Especially, for parents who have little kids are so worried. If government says, "It's not safe, so you should not give your child this area's water." parents can just know what is safe and what is not.
I think Japanese government need to tell the truth to the nation.

Summer Break
This is the first summer break since I enrolled in university. I always thought, "I will make tons of exciting plans for summer vacation when I become a university student!!"
I am going to America this August! I had stayed in Michigan when I was an exchange student. I'm going back there this summer. I will stay at my host family's and my best friend's. I will be there for a month, so there are so many things that I want to do. I'll arrive at Chicago, then spend some family days there with my host family. My host family will hold my welcome back party with my close friends! My host mother said this would be my belated birthday party too. Then, this is the most exciting plan! My host father's parents have a nice cabin in UP-North, we will spend a week there! I went rafting with them when I was there last year and had so much fun!! These are the plans which are already decided. I still have to make plans with my best friend!<3
Going to America is the biggest plan for this summer, but I'm also so excited to make wonderful memories with my friends!! Mari's and Yurie's birthdays are coming soon, of course we will have to celebrate! I'm excited to make plans with them. <3 Love you Batakon!!

(Story2) Not a Normal Zoo Day by Saki and Momoko
Accidentally the lock fell, and the cage opened. There were six monkeys. All of them ran out from the cage. Everybody was in panic. Some of the kids started to cry. Teachers led their children out from the zoo. Monkeys ate other animals' food and messed up everything in the zoo. All the teachers were so mad at Sam. At that moment, animal keepers came to talk to them and said "It's ok! Let's go catch them together!" All the kids from school looked for six monkeys. Kids cooperated to find them. While they worked together, they could make friends with everyone. Kids broke up into groups, then looked around each cage. All of the monkeys were found by kids and animal keepers caught them. They finally could have lunch. Suddenly, a teacher informed. "It was a recreation!!! We wanted all of you to make friends with everyone!!"
Doesn't make sense at all!
I find so many difficulties on males!!! On the other hand, I'm sure males find a lot of difficulties on females.
I think big difference between males and females is where they place importance.
I don't understand males who talk to females very coldly. I told about this to my friend who is a guy and he said males are shy that's why males act like that. And also, I don't like males when they say useless jokes. I have an experience about it. I asked my friend to go out for dinner just for fun. I sent out a e-mail to ask him. And he replied. It said "Not a good time." I couldn't understand him purpose for telling that to me. However, I didn't want to force him so I replied, "Ok. Maybe we can find another time." A day after that, my cellphone rang. The email was from him. He said, "I was just joking!" I thought it was so stupid. Do you know how long I distress myself?!!!!!!

These days
Coming to school to study and have fun with my lovely friends, working at donut's store to earn money and to be a great donut's maker(lol), going to sports gym to exercise, that's pretty much all I do these days.
I am so into exercising these days! The sports gym which I've been a member has so many lessens. They have lessens which are aerobics, yoga, group step, group kick, swimming, zumba, ballet, dance and more. I always go to group kick twice or three times a week. My instructor uses trend hit songs to motivate us. I really love how he shows his performance(kicks and punches) in front of us. After taking group kick, I get so sweaty and have a muscle ache. Then, I take a shower. This is the moment which I feel so satisfied. This habit has been making me healthy!

Where I live
I was born in Kobe. After the Great Hanshin earthquake, my family moved to Osaka, then to Nishinomiya. And just before my high school life started, we finally came back to Kobe.
I really like where I live! Kobe is such a beautiful city and has historical places. My house is located very close to Hankyu Mikage station. It's the area which is quiet and residential. On the way home, I always see neighbors taking their dogs for a walk.
I always just sit in my garden and relax with my pets. That's one of the things that I like to do. When I have many stuff to do, I sometimes feel stressed out. My garden makes me feel calm and comfortable.

The movie which was touching.
My favorite movie is "Karate Kid". I watched this movie five times when I was in America.
I'm sure you know an actor, Will Smith. This movie's main character is his son, Jaden Smith. He is such a cute boy! This movie is about Kanfu, and he is so good at it. Jackie Chan takes important role in this movie. I could also enjoy watching his awesome action.
All the stuff Mr.Han (Jackie Chan) told Dre (Jaden Smith) made him grown up. This movie took place in China, so we can see how the life is in China. There are beautiful architectures and nature. Chinese culture is very deep. Through Kanfu, Dre (Jaden Smith) found the most important thing to him.
This is one of the great movies I've ever seen. You should definitely watch it!

Footballer Sent Off For "Dangerous Haircut"
Summary: Nathan Van Someren, he is an Australian Rules football player. When he had a match, he was sent off not for dangerous conduct, but for a "dangerous haircut". It happened to him when he was playing for his team Simpson in the Australian state of Victoria. An umpire claimed that Van Someren's spiked mohawk hairstyle could injure other players. That's why an umpire sent Van Someren off the field. Van Someren couldn't believe an umpire told him that and Van Someren even thought that an empire was joking. The Simpson team coach also said he could not understand the umpire’s logic. Also, football commentators were confused too. After all, the Victorian Country Football League agreed the umpire had not followed the rules properly. At last, Van Someren said,"I don't think I have to change my hairstyle. Even if someone has long hair, it could flick someone in the eye. Should they be made to cut their hair as well?"
Comment: This was a funny breaking news. Mr. Nathan Van Someren was serious for playing his soccer for sure. I think that he didn't expect to be called by an umpire about his hair during the match. When I watch sports games, I also enjoy players outward appearances. So, I think their hairstyles are one of their performance. As long as it doesn't bother other players very much, players can have their own hairstyle.

Best day in my whole life!
I am 19 years old now! My birthday was May 16. It was an amazing day thanks to great people around me. My sweet friends held a party for me. After school on my birthday, we headed to Mari's(one of my sweet friends) house. We got tons of pizzas and snacks like always..! There were eight of us, so it was quite big party! One of my friends had to do her stuff after school, so she showed up late. She wasn't sure where Mari's house is. Then Mari asked me to find her around her house. I went out and could find my friend,so we went back to Mari's house. When I opened the door, Mari's room was dark, and I could see candlelight on the top of the cake. All of sweet girls sang "Happy Birthday" for me. It was the happiest moment in this day! Everyone took turns and gave me their presents. Here are the presents I got, two mugs, a tumbler, a coaster, huge snack bag(umaibou), bath goods, m&m's, perfume and awesome beauty goods(haha). I am so very happy to have such a great, warm girls as my friends!

Slippery Floor
I'm sure that you have seen a sign says, "Slippery Floor". However, have you ever thought that it's too late to show that sign? I had an embarrasing experience when I was little. I took a family trip to Bali island when I was in first grade. It was the first time for me to travel abroad , so I had been there with a great excitement. We went to the beautiful beach and spent a whole day there. There were so many tourists who got their hair braided. We all thoght they were super cool! Then my mother let me got them done to my hair. It took almost one and half hour to finish braiding my hair traditional way. People who had done my hair put a lot of pieces of colorful beads. They looked very pretty and all of us really liked them.
Next morning, we were about to leave our hotel room to get nice breakfast. When both of my older sisters were ready to go, I was still changing my clothes. So they decided to leave room earlier than me and my mom that they can keep a table for us. As my sisters started to walk, I was ready. It didn't take much time for little me to get ready. I wanted to catch up my sisters, so I ran out from the room and tried to hold my sister's hand.... just a moment before I held her hand, I slipped...so bad. My mom was standing right in front of the door and looked at me surprisingly.. so as my sisters! I was alright, but worst thing was... most of the colorful cute beads were cracked! It was not even funny at the moment, but I can tell this as funny story now.
